As I reflect on my 28-year journey in preschool education at Children’s Nook Activity Centre, I am filled with immense pride, joy, and fulfilment. Working with young learners has been a privilege, and I am grateful for the opportunity to play a role in shaping their formative years. At CN, we strive to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. The early years lay the foundation for future success, and our commitment to providing high-quality education ensures that every learner’s unique needs are met with care and dedication. Over the years, I have learned that patience, empathy, and understanding are essential in building strong relationships—with learners, parents, and colleagues. My journey has helped me develop skills in curriculum planning, classroom management, and parent engagement. It has also taught me the importance of flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in responding to the ever-evolving needs of early learners. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work at CN has been witnessing the growth of each child. From the first tentative steps of a toddler to the confident strides of a preschool graduate, every milestone has been a privilege to witness.
